Hi! We’re Devon, Greta, Juli - and Grizzly 🐾 - the family team behind The Posh Porch. We’re three generations of strong-minded women (plus one very enthusiastic dog) bringing seasonal magic to porches across Northern Virginia.

I’m Devon - founder, CEO, Northern Virginia native, and unapologetically obsessed with all things Fall. There’s just something about pumpkins, crisp air, and cozy vibes that makes me want to decorate everything. That passion turned into a business when I realized most people love the look of a festive porch, but don’t have the time (or desire) to make it happen. So I gathered the dream team:

Greta (my mom) keeps the wheels turning as our COO - she’s the one making sure every bale of hay, bundle of mums, and strand of lights gets where it needs to go. Juli (my aunt) is our no-nonsense CFO who balances the books and keeps us from buying just one more oversized pumpkin. And Grizzly, our four-legged Chief Pumpkin Officer, is here for quality control, photo ops, and the occasional nap on your freshly-styled doormat.

We believe every home deserves to feel festive - whether it’s pumpkins in the Fall, twinkle lights in the Winter, or full-on flower power in Spring. Our goal? To make your porch the talk of the neighborhood, without you lifting a finger.
